For facilities in California, Prop 65 labels are a necessary piece of visual communication. Prop 65 requires that facilities post notifications about the use of certain harmful chemicals and their potential side effects in highly visible places. Since the law passed in 1986, it’s become the task of companies with facilities in the Golden State to properly inform workers if the harmful contents present in the facility so that the workers can be informed about the risks involved with their duties.
